Job Vacancy for a Facilities Team Member

Here is a great opportunity to work in Knightswood Community Centre.Knightswood Community SCIO is looking for a Facilities Team Member who will play a vital role in the smooth running of this establishment.

The successful applicant will work 140 Hours flexibly, over each 4-week period, which will include weekend and evening work.
You will normally work a shift of five days out of every seven.

The closing date for applications is Wednesday 6th May 5pm.The Centre is one of the city’s busiest community venues with up to 50,000 visits per year from people accessing a broad range of services and activities. The venue is open seven days and six evenings a week.

Main Duties safe opening and closing of Centre building. Working with Centre Manager and colleagues to offer a welcoming service to all centre users.

Company Pension Scheme. Holidays – 26 days annual leave plus 7 days public holidays per annum (1st & 2nd January, Good Friday, Easter Monday,25th & 26th December plus 0.5 day 24th and 31st December). Working hours – you will work flexibly, over each 4 week period, which will include some weekend and evening work. You will normally work a shift of five out of every seven.
Probationary Period- A probationary period of three months will prevail. Employee Notice Period – 4 weeks.
